Delete your account

A BrainFocus account exists only if you signed in to use Battles. Reel counting works without an account, and that data never leaves your phone.

Option 1: In the app (instant)

Open BrainFocus and go to the Battles tab.
Tap Delete account and data.
Confirm with Delete.

Option 2: By email

Email help.staycoldsolution@gmail.com with the subject Delete my BrainFocus account, sent from the Google account you signed in with. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account (Google email address and user ID).
Your nickname.
Your daily reel counts in every group.
Your membership in groups. Groups where you were the last member are deleted, along with their invite codes.

What stays

Reel counts and settings stored only on your phone. Remove them by clearing BrainFocus's app data or uninstalling the app.
Nothing is kept on our side after deletion.
